  • How do I add Foods to my Library?

    DB Search

    1. Tap the “Food Library” icon
    2. Tap the “Search Database” button
    3. Enter your search term and select a result
    4. Tap the “Add to My Foods” button
    5. Return to your Food Library and confirm the food is there

    Nutrition Label Scanner

    1. Tap the “Food Library” icon → “Add Food” → name it
    2. Tap “Scan Nutrition Label”; avoid glare/shadows; keep text level
    3. Take photo → “Use Photo”; review and tap “Save”

    Manual Entry

    1. Food Library → “Add Food”
    2. Enter name and nutrition info → “Save”
  • How do I track my nutrition?

    Food Entry

    1. Track → “Track Food”
    2. Search/select a food from your Library
    3. Pick portion & amount (if needed)
    4. Tap “Save”

    Quick Entry

    1. Track → “Quick Add”
    2. Enter nutrients you want to record → “Save”
  • How do I set goals and track specific nutrients?

    Enable/disable nutrients

    1. Settings → Tracking & Goals
    2. Toggle ON to track; OFF to hide

    Set a goal

    1. For any ON nutrient, tap “Set a goal”
    2. Use the gear to choose “Maximum” (stay under) or “Minimum” (get over)
    3. Remove a goal: gear → “Cancel Goal”
  • How do I sync my data?

    Health syncing

    1. Settings → enable Health syncing
    2. Shares nutrition to Apple Health and apps that read Health

    iCloud syncing

    1. Settings → enable iCloud syncing
    2. Keeps your Food Library and preferences in sync across devices
